High-precision industrial dispenser for diesel and/or HVO/XTL biofuel, for private use, complete with: electric pump with a nominal flow rate of 80-120 l/min. 230 V, flow meter for private use with an accuracy of ±0.2% and pulser for connection to our management system, ZVA automatic dispensing nozzle with a lockable external nozzle holder with
integrated pump ignition, 5 m of flexible dispensing hose. Electronic head with a single-sided
backlit LCD display.
Approved diesel fuel dispenser tank, constructed with a double-walled, horizontal axis, approved and compliant with the DECREE of November 22, 2017 of the MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR and patented in 27 countries.
The double wall acts as an external safety tank and is completely hermetically sealed to the primary tank (with a 110% volume).
Made of S235JR carbon steel with certified top-quality materials and a thickness of 3 mm.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Manhole Ø 400 mm. Bolted with an oil-resistant gasket and galvanized hardware, featuring a 3" inlet pipe with a lockable brass nut and bayonet cap, ATEX-approved; vent pipe with ATEX-approved brass flame arrestor; approved 3" 90% load limiting valve.
Upper safety sump capable of conveying any product spills into the cavity, complete with a hinged, lockable lid.
Continuous cavity monitoring system. Lockable ball valve at the bottom for periodic cavity emptying. Bottom drain with safety cap for periodic cleaning. Access steps to the manhole for convenient and safe access during refueling. Lifting lugs for handling when the tank is empty. Support beams for handling with a forklift.
Painted in two layers (base and dark green finish) with products specifically designed for outdoor use.
