Equipped with:
(1) Delivery unit with 230 V self-priming pump, 60 litres per minute (80 litres/minutes on request), with washable metal strainer on the delivery side and incorporated by-pass valve; (2) Mechanical aluminium litre counter for private use with resettable partial count and progressive totalizer (re-settable from the outside of the box); (3) 7 meters of carbopress piping (specific for diesel) equipped with automatic hose-reel and automatical lock nozzle; (4) Special control panel (compliant CE) with low level warning light and pump shut down at minimum level. (5) Filter water captor complete with bypass cartrige. (6) Electronic level gauge with backlighted display that can manage the minimum level (by interrumpting the delivery) and signal the maximum level of filling once exceeded the limit of 90% of tank volume (error 1%). Manhole diameter 400 mm. bolted through anti-oil seal and zinced nuts and bolts equipped with: - 3" loading pipe with metal ring and bayonet brass plug, ATEX type-tested and lockable. - Breather pipe equipped with ATEX type-tested flame trap brass terminal. - Type-tested overfilling valve, completely made of 3" metal to allow tank filling up to 90% as prescribed by the law. - Upper safety trap equipped with an hinged and lockable cover that can contain possible diesel leaks and direct them to the outer chamber. - Drain with safety plug for periodic cleaning. - N. 2 visual indicators positioned on the outer wall of the interspace that can signal in advance the presence of gas oil in the outer chamber and prepare its emptying. The tank painting is carried out only after cleaning and degreasing all components. Two layers of paint are heat applied, the first with an anticorrosive product based on zinc chromate, the second with an especially layer studied for the outer use and the possible contact with diesel. |
